Hello, I'm Stefan Wenzel, CPO of SAP Emarsys. As we wrap up 2025, I'm excited to introduce our latest product release, designed to help you elevate your marketing strategies and streamline daily operations. This release brings powerful enhancements across Conversational Channels, AI-powered insights, and seamless integrations, each capability is built to help you be more connected, insightful and adaptive. Ready to explore how these innovations can drive your success? Let's start with the new channel and content- related improvements. We’ve further streamlined your email campaign management experience. The Email Campaign List page now includes the Campaign Launch Monitoring tab with a refreshed look, and the redesigned Results summary page is accessible via the reporting icon. Also, the Triggered Emails feature is fully accessible from the unified page, allowing us to remove the separate Triggered Email menu. These improvements also pave the way for removing the Analytics, Emails menu soon. Discover the new pre-built Omnichannel Content Blocks, enabled on all SAP Emarsys accounts. Tailored for Web Channel, these flexible blocks enhance accessibility, ensure consistency across templates and streamline the content creation process. Mobile Wallet pass updates and notifications through event-based Automation programs, formerly known as Interactions, are now fully live. They allow you to send updates and alerts triggered by real-time events or customer behavior, such as unlocking a new loyalty tier upgrade due to a recent purchase. Onto Conversational Channel related updates. Our user interface now includes a message deletion functionality to easily remove outdated or unwanted Conversational messages, helping you maintain an organized workspace. The system checks for usage in active programs, ensuring that only messages not involved in ongoing activities are deleted. We've added Conversational Channel data views to Open Data. It allows customers to work with data such as WhatsApp or LINE click and delivery metrics in external analytics tools for comprehensive, in-depth analysis. Conversational Messaging for early adopters now lets you create card messages with buttons to streamline interactions. Utilize different button types such as text, URL, or call depending on the selected channel. For example, send a WhatsApp card survey where contacts can select their satisfaction level via buttons, then send personalized messages based on their choices. Sign up as an early adopter to start creating dynamic card messages! Next are the latest innovations in AI and analytics. The AI-assisted Report Builder is moving to general availability. Use this powerful AI tool to generate custom reports swiftly for immediate, deep data insights to optimize campaigns. Campaign Analytics has been revamped for improved usability and flexibility. Key updates include: an intuitive redesign with easier access to campaign filters, expanded capabilities to analyze and compare campaigns over an extended 13 month date range, a streamlined export function for deeper analysis outside the platform. We've refined our AI Product Finder tool with API-loaded product data. Thanks to this update, Product Catalog API pilot customers can leverage product data provided by API to craft natural language queries for the AI Product Finder. With more timely and accurate data customers can curate highly engaging content for product- related use cases, like price drops within email campaigns. Join our pilot program to try it out! Our new AI pilot builds on the existing AI Segmentation feature, with a predictive Mobile Push engagement template. For example, you can target contacts who are likely to engage via the mobile push channel, alongside Email and Web. This is our next step towards expanding our predictive segmentation possibilities, with more channels coming soon. We invite our Mobile Push customers to join this exciting pilot program! Let's check the improved integrations and data extensibility features. Starting with Standard Sales Data. You may have heard of our Standard Sales Data API, which is now generally available. It facilitates seamless onboarding of sales data, in batches or streamed, including offline purchases, with the Sales Data Load page to monitor and enhanced data quality. The Sales Data Segmentation is also going to be available for all customers to build sales data-based dynamic segments. This includes capabilities for using refunds and local currency, enhancing targeting and personalization. Now clients utilizing Standard Sales Data can leverage it for the AI-assisted Product Finder. For example, search for the most purchased product under 200 euros and insert it in your email campaign using its popularity to boost sales. Shifting topics, Engagement Events are now accessible to everyone! The self-service interface simplifies integration between external systems and SAP Emarsys, enabling real-time event data use for automation, segmentation, and analytics. We've improved how event type statuses are handled with the new versioning logic, giving each event type a single unique configuration. You can edit and test these events anytime, even after activation, by creating an automatic draft version. When ready, simply activate the draft to replace the current version. Unused event types can be permanently deleted, helping maintain a clean and organized setup. Engagement Event Segmentation now supports using multiple event types in a single segment, refining criteria with frequency, AND/OR operators, and dropdowns for attributes. These enhancements increase flexibility and precision. For example, imagine identifying customers who opted for express or international shipping in the last 30 days to follow up with offers encouraging advanced delivery options. The Engagement Events in SAP Commerce Cloud Integration facilitates seamless transfer of customer engagement data, like card updates or purchases from SAP Commerce Cloud to SAP Emarsys. Once the connection is configured, you can utilize this data to automate near real-time communications and monitor or troubleshoot events via the Integration Monitor. And to wrap up, two platform usability upgrades. To make the platform more accessible and inclusive, we've added the Italian language to the SAP Emarsys interface for our global users. Our Asset Tagging tool is now available in Segmentation for pilot customers. Categorize and organize your segments with searchable tags based on criteria such as brand or product type, to find the right audience for your campaigns more efficiently.
